Amazing attention to detail and communication on complex playfield swap

I really lucked out finding Brian (Pinball Rescue) on FaceBook when I posted to a pinball repair group asking for help to do a full playfield swap in my aged Flight 2000!I knew it would be a tricky swap for anyone to do, but after getting to know Brian more during the first phone call and during the process I knew that he was the perfect guy for this major work.He drove over 2 hours to pick it up. He provided constant updates during the process and had excellent recommendations when I wasn’t quite sure which way to go on decisions needed during the process.Because of his amazing service and technical skills I will be going to him for all future pinball repairs and maintenance for my small home arcade.Brian is the best!

Great Pinball Service

Amazing service! Fantastic restoration!

Brian and his team restored my Secret Service pinball machine.  After four moves from Idaho to Florida to Connecticut to Pittsburgh my machine was ready for a restored cabinet, full LED replacement, and some extensive TLC.  After a quick (and affordable!) pickup, Secret Service was returned to me in amazing condition.  I would not hesitate in recommending him to other pinball enthusiasts!

Great work

Brian has worked on my F-14 Tomcat multiple times. The work is great, keeps the machine in great playing condition. Plus he makes house calls for small repairs which is great.

TPPRC will transport machines

I found my 40 year old machine on Facebook. TPPRC drove across the state of Pennsylvania to examine the machine before I paid for it and then professionally transport it to his shop to do the restoration work. That is an invaluable service!

Fantastic Job!

I’ve had the game for a few years, it had some minor issues that needed fixed. They came and got the game, cleaned it, did some upgrades and fixed all my issues and the price was great. When they returned the game, they went over everything with me and made sure all was good before they left. 10/10 will recommend and they’ve got a customer for life!
